1. Step 1 – Fill out the #CallYourCandleDealer form Tell us about your event, quantity, and the vibe you’re going for. 2. Step 2 – Collaboration Begins We reply with recommended products, scent suggestions, and tiered pricing reaching a custom quote. 3. Step 3 – Approve & pay deposit Once you approve the quote, you pay a non-refundable deposit (usually 50% or a flat fee*) to secure your spot. 4. Step 4 – Final payment & production Final payment is due before we ship or deliver.
*Orders under $100.00 pay a $25.00 flat fee. Any orders over $100.00 will require a 50% deposit.
