All orders are hand-poured and packed with care.Â
Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, but may be slightly longer during high volume seasons, or holidays. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.Â
Shipping Rates
The $5.00 flat rate applies only to KandleBox subscriptions. All other orders will be subject to their zone shipping & carrier rates. Holidays and peak seasons will impact rates.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. Rural areas may experience an additional 1-2 days.Â

Tracking & Updates
The Shop app provides real-time tracking so you can watch your Kinder Kandles journey from our Kandle Saloon to your doorstep. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours, feel free to contact us.Â
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged-email us at info@kinderkandles.com. We'll help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
